Okay, maybe I’m not being clear on what I need. I would like to HIRE/pay a chemist who has an applied science degree in cosmetology to help with the development of my herbal line of hair and body care. I have enough money to hire an individual and not a development firm. I’m thinking it would be cheaper to hire one person instead of a team of people.
Where would I find this type of chemist?
