Does honda care/warranty cover the body?

I have all of the extra warranty’s and the honda care plan, but i was wondering if this covers external damage.

When i bought the car i remember the woman telling me “even if it’s damage that you’ve done, like break the cd player..” that it will be fixed.
How about if the body kit is wobbly? I’d pay for that, or is it fully covered?
