What is a good, easy to apply foundation for my skin type?

I have light skin and dark bags under my eyes.. My skin is a little confused about tonal quality sometimes, but other than that I don’t have many problems. I occasionally get some acne, but not just all the time. I want something easy to slap on in the mornings that is good for balancing tones and something to cover my bags or help decrease them. I have rather dry skin as well.

How is LOreal and the cheaper mineral makeup versions? What ingredients do you look for in this type of makeup? I **** wearing liquid foundation when it is hot and humid and thought the powder-mineral makeup might feel better, but I need to cover skin imperfections and dark eye circles!

How do you fix skin with makeup or other means that is uneven in texture?
