Why don’t women take care their body after marriage?

A lot of guys I know simply get turned off by their wife’s ever growing body, they become disinterested in their marriage and often turn to late night drinking bars. And all the while their women all complain that their husband are not interested in them anymore and are poor lovers. Why can’t women just get the simple idea that a big flabby body means a major turn off? And why can’t they just take care their body like they used to? It is too much to ask.
I put in about 50 miles of running on the road every week, so to answer your comment.
