Is the skin tone of a person especially a woman important when considering her beauty?

I went to India and saw all these fairness cream adds on TV. I didn’t see any darkening creams. Most Indians (Asian) have tan complexion so they can either choose to go for whitening like Americans or darkening like Africans but they’re choosing whitening. So is skin tone really important when considering a woman’s beauty? What do you think?

My old friends think I have not changed since high school because I do not have a boyfriend yet or because I am not talking to someone. My old friends are planners so they do things in stages. Senior year was an academic year for them. Freshmen year of college they are both looking for boyfriends. So now that I am not or I do not have one they made me feel so lame because I am not talking to anyone or I do not have a boyfriend. Why do they care?

How come Italians and blacks have skin tones that protect them from skin cancer?

Also studies have said over and over blacks age the best out of all races due to our brown or dark/ or light brown skin tones.

Also I am a young little girl be nice.
Yea, but highly rare.
Heather I seen them and Italians also age well.
All Italians are not dark skin.
