What face wash and moisturizer should I use for combination skin?

I am 23 and I have always had normal to oily skin until recently. All of a sudden the area around my eyebrows and my cheeks are very dry. I still break out on my chin once in a while. I’ve never had this problem before. I use Olay moisturizer everyday for combination skin but I think the problem is my facewash. What should I use? My skin just looks so unhealthy! Thanks.
